Creating cohorts of global leaders, virtually
Bring in perspectives from around the world to amplify distant voices, ensure diversity of opinion to solve global challenges.
We created a 30-person cohort of young leaders around the world in a “Doha Debates Ambassadors Program” where students met over the course of 8 virtual sessions to learn about how to have healthy intercultural conversations.
Deep engagement between 30 emerging leaders and Doha Debates. Trained young leaders in conversation facilitation, systems thinking, and how to tackle the world’s most “wicked” problems.
"As one participant wrote:
Over the past eight weeks, we learned how to resolve conflict through better conversations, studied the complexities of systems thinking, and gained skills in advocating for the issues that matter most to us. But above all, we forged an incredible community!"
- Isabela Karibjanian, Doha Debates Ambassador
