To maintain an inclusive team culture, organizations must implement equitable practices in hiring, promotion, and general support. While DEI initiatives aim to ensure equity, creating an inclusive workplace requires a team effort. This interactive conversation brings together community and organizational leaders, advocates for underserved communities, and an award-winning author and gender development expert who has positively impacted the lives of thousands of young women in Uganda. Participants will explore how to leverage everyday interactions to foster a more caring organizational culture. They will also learn creative strategies for being a supportive and inspiring team member, and understand the impact of showing up for one another at work and beyond.
