How technology can advance peacebuilding

From the Ugandan youth using peace hashtags in advance of upcoming elections to the youth of Rwanda engaging social media as a tool for dialogue and peacebuilding efforts, what can each of these countries learn from one another to harness the power of using technology for peace, while being aware of the risks?
