Leadership approaches should aim to shift gender norms beyond the world of work and business. In this interactive conversation, you will have the opportunity to meet female government leaders from Rwanda. Rwanda has the highest share of women parliamentarians in the world at 64%. These leaders will share their inspiring stories and explain how they are using policy and practice to empower young women.
